has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 3, line 10, strike the colon and insert in lieu thereof a comma.
2. On page 3, line 11, strike the paragraph designation "(1)".
3. On page 3, lines 12 and 13, strike "or a metropolitan court".
4. On page 3, line 14, after "court", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 15 through 17 and strike line 18 through "court".
5. On page 6, line 14, strike "a reasonable time" and insert in lieu thereof "ninety days".
6. On page 12, line 16, strike "thirty" and insert in lieu thereof "seven".
7. On page 13, line 8, strike "fourteen" and insert in lieu thereof "seven".
8. On page 26, line 1, strike "the defense" and insert in lieu thereof "a party or the court".
9. On page 29, line 2, strike "any defendant" and insert in lieu thereof "a party or the court".
10. On page 32, strike lines 11 and 12.
11. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
12. On page 32, line 18, strike "shoot more than one shot" and insert in lieu thereof "fire each cartridge or shell".
13. On page 39, line 19, strike ", whichever is less".
14. On page 39, line 23, strike ", whichever is less".
15. On page 42, lines 10 through 19, strike the underscored language.
